Complaints
IMG 8411Tattersalls Committee aims to provide a professional service carried out in a fair, transparent and impartial manner.  Despite our best efforts, however, it is possible occasionally that a participant in the ADR may wish to lodge a complaint against Tattersalls Committee itself.
 
If you are a participant in the ADR and you wish to make a complaint about the way in which your dispute has been handled, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. setting out the reasons for your complaint.  Your email will be acknowledged within two working days and, following the necessary time required to investigate your complaint, you will receive a formal response within 10 working days.
 
Your complaint will be taken seriously and will be investigated internally.  We have taken steps to ensure that the person investigating the complaint will be independent of the circumstances that led to the complaint.
 
Consequently, if your complaint relates to the hearing itself, the circumstances will be investigated by the Secretary to the Committee (who plays no part in the hearing decision).
 
If your complaint relates to the administrative process leading up to the hearing, the circumstances will be investigated by the Chairman of the Committee (who plays no part in the administrative process).
